EARLY INTERVENTION EVALUATIONS
Understanding Your Child’s Development Starts Here
Every child develops at their own pace. If you have questions about your child's growth, learning, or communication, an Early Intervention evaluation can help identify their strengths, understand their needs, and determine whether they qualify for supportive services.
UNDERSTANDING EVALUATIONS
What is an Early Intervention Evaluation?
An Early Intervention evaluation is a comprehensive assessment of your child's development. It helps identify your child's strengths, understand areas where additional support may be needed, and determine eligibility for New York State's Early Intervention Program.
Evaluations include family input, observation, and age-appropriate activities. The process is designed to help professionals understand how your child learns, communicates, moves, interacts, and manages everyday activities.
